Business Intelligence Analyst / BI Consultant /Business Intelligence Specialist Brisbane CBD 4mth + 6mth + 6mth contract Oracle database / data warehousing / BI toolsets A long term contract opportunity exists for a Business Intelligence Analyst to work with all business areas to asses their reporting requirements, produce a recommendations paper on how to meet these requirements and work towards implementing a solution. Key tasks will include: Schedule and conduct interviews with stakeholders to elicit requirements Perform data analysis to determine the source of data required for reporting and define new data models to support any new requirements Facilitate workshops, prepare high level project reports, and establish business reporting priorities Research, analyse, interpret and report on a range of possible solutions to complex business and technical issues relevant to the Project Assist in the identification and mitigation of issues and risks that may affect the successful implementation of the project Prepare a recommendations paper for presentation to the Program board Other duties as directed by the Project Manager Selection criteria: • Knowledge of Business Intelligence concepts • Knowledge of data warehousing • Advanced analytical skills including data modelling • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work as an effective member of a team • Knowledge of Oracle databases, data warehousing and BI toolsets • Strong documentation skills To apply online, please click on the appropriate link below.
