This large government department has recently experienced growth and as a result have several Information and Communications Technology (ICT) projects underway. To assist in the support and eventual success of these projects they are seeking an experienced Training and Development Officer to join their team.

The successful Training and Development Officer will implement and review a number of training and awareness programs that support ICT projects. The programs will be developed using current learning principles and design methodologies and in line with overarching department strategies.

Your solid training and administration skills will allow you to ensure the various training programs are of rolled out efficiently and are of appropriate design. You will have experience with business impact analysis and will have technical knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
