Work for a large National IT Integrator that thrives to be the leader in Technology.

Currently looking for a Citrix professional with a passion for, and in-depth experience in, designing, building, deploying and supporting enterprise-level Citrix Virtualization Solutions.

Responsible for:

• Providing consultancy, designandimplementation services to clients
• Providing senior technical leadership through all project stages for small and large scale desktop management deployments, migrations, virtualization and core infrastructure deployments utilising the latest Citrix Solutions.

Requirements:

• Experience with Active Directory and Windows Server's from a deployment design and migration perspective.
• Experience with Citrix Presentation Server, XENApp, XENServer, XENDesktop, Access Gateway and NetScaler
• Experience with Virtual Desktop solutions

• Superior customer facing and technical skills.
• Experience working directly with vendors.
• Project Management experience.
• Assessment of customer's environment prior to migration.
• Project plan development.
• Documentation for migration plan.
• Development of deployment and test plans.
• Experience working as a team leader within a process/project-oriented organization.
• Methodical approach to problem solving and resolution.
• Self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals independently as well as work well in groups.
• Flexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules and priorities.
• The ability to socialize ideas, make recommendations and gather team consensus to move forward.
