This government department has a large scale program underway to improve their customer and business relationships. They are now implementing changes to an extensive CRM solution and require an experienced Project Manager to manage a number of solution releases.

The successful Project Manager will be delivering ????? ????? in line with overarching strategies thereby ensuring ????? ????? program outcomes are realised. This will involve day-to-day tasks such as mitigating and managing risks and issues associated with releases as well as creating documentation at each stage.

You will have good experience managing the delivery of solution releases in compliance with ICT project management methodologies (such as Prince2, PMBOK) preferably within an organisation of large scale and complex structure. A demonstrated understanding of Agile software development methodology will be required in addition to experience with Microsoft Project and EPM tools. A complementary set of personal attributes including solid communication skills will allow you to coordinate your efforts with other project managers and team members.
