As the successful candidate you will be working within our ERP Team, to provide functional support to our Lawson M3 ERP applications.
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
Experience in an ERP Functional Support environment, ideally working with large ERP systems;
- A proven ability to provide functional assistance to process owners, identifying and implementing improvements across all facets of the business; and
- Assist process owners to develop and train business users on new functionalities and implement appropriate training when required.
Candidates with prior experience in M3, SAP, Oracle, Pronto, JDE, PeopleSoft, MIMS, Pulse or similar programs will be viewed favourably. As an integral part of our team, you are a natural communicator with an approachable manner and show resilience when faced with challenges.
