Department of Police / Brisbane / $81 962 - $87 691 p. a.

Your key accountabilities will include:

• Liaising with key stakeholders to discover and/or assert requirements, dependencies and risks.
• Creating, negotiating and managing the agreement of products that relate to specific Service Lifecycle phases, including SLRs, SLAs and Service Offerings.
• Coordinating the delivery of Service Improvement in a Business as Usual (BAU) environment.
• Establishing and managing relationships between ISB’s customers and business lines.
• Ensuring ????? ????? are completed within the framework of policies and procedures of the Queensland Police Service.
• Utilising the ITIL framework and Service Management knowledge and experience to ensure rigour and best practice in ISB’s Service Lifecycle Management.
• Managing the delivery of all accountabilities in a consistent and repeatable method, providing appropriate status reports and managerial updates as required.
