Senior Service Lifecycle Management Officer Permanent Full Time Challenging work, flexible 36.25hr wk, salary sacrificing, access to Gym at PHQ Department of Police / Brisbane / $81 962 - $87 691 p. a. Your key accountabilities will include: Liaising with key stakeholders to discover and/or assert requirements, dependencies and risks. Creating, negotiating and managing the agreement of products that relate to specific Service Lifecycle phases, including SLRs, SLAs and Service Offerings. Coordinating the delivery of Service Improvement in a Business as Usual (BAU) environment. Establishing and managing relationships between ISB’s customers and business lines. Ensuring ????? ????? are completed within the framework of policies and procedures of the Queensland Police Service. Utilising the ITIL framework and Service Management knowledge and experience to ensure rigour and best practice in ISB’s Service Lifecycle Management. Managing the delivery of all accountabilities in a consistent and repeatable method, providing appropriate status reports and managerial updates as required.
