Project Coordinator

 

  • Permanent

  • Challenging work, flexible 36.25hr wk, salary sacrificing, access to Gym at PHQ

  • Department of Police / Brisbane / $81 962 - $87 691 p. a.

    Key Accountabilities are:

    • Assist in the development, implementation and overview of appropriate policies, standards and guidelines in line with QLD Government and QPS project management methodologies.
    • Evaluate project outcomes against project deliverables
    • Develop, implement and maintain a high quality budgetary and reporting system to assist management in monitoring ????? ????? position of the TRIP.
    • Prepare submissions, reports, briefing material and correspondence for managers, program boards and other relevant stakeholders on significant budget management issues.
    • Liaise with senior management, Finance Manager, Information Management Division, and Finance Division staff in respect to financial management issues associated with the project.
    • Monitor project to determine compliance with project governance guidelines.
    • Liaise, consult and negotiate effectively with project manager, project team and stakeholders in relation to project governance and project deliverables.
    • Assist in monitoring ????? ????? the continuous improvement of project outcomes.
    • Support the project and branch management through the development, coordination and presentation of key branch communications and the development and assistance of organisational change activities.
