We currently have aposition for Build Cost Administrator on a Contract basis for a period of six (6) months. The purpose of this role is to track and control project costing, prepare and distribute reports, and support the Deployment Managers by keeping accurate and complete records of the department's project costs and deliverables.
To be considered, your experience must include roles that have involved exposure to at least two (2) or more of the following:
• Project related work in either Administration, Control or Coordination
• Cost Accounting or Bookkeeping activities
• Telecommunications Site Acquisition or Control
• Diploma or Degree Graduate in Accounting or Commence
• Accounts Payable/Receivable activities
• Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant activities
• Senior Administration Assistant activities involving financial responsibility
Candidates must also have a competent understanding of Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and Competent understanding of Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and effective communication skills both written and oral.
