  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced Account Manager for a rapidly growing medium sized company in Blackburn. This companyprovides total IT & Communication solutions to over 600 clients across Melbourne. Their proven formula for complete IT solutions is second to none, and as a result this fantastic opportunity has arisen.

    The primary focus of theAccount Manageris developing strong client relationships, cross selling, and providing tailored I.T solutions to decision makers acrossa broad base of medium sized clients within Retail, Real Estate, Finance and manymore.

    Job responsibilities include:

    • Maintaining a productive and personal relationship with business customers to deliver the best IT Support to suit their needs
    • Recognising sales opportunities with existing clients and providing certified solutions to meet these needs
    • Meeting new customers and winning their trust and ultimate business
    • Ongoing management of customer sites to ensure that technical solutions are successfully delivered by the Technical team
    • Provisioning, setup and configuration of all new services sold to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Product development, vendor management and research of new technologies/solutions provider for the company.
    Ideally you have:
    • Account Management and Business Development experience within IT Solutions
    • Effective knowledge of Microsoft Windows Servers, client operating systems and applications
    • Solid working knowledge of LANs, WANs, VPNs, TCP/IP and associated technologies
    • Ability to independently to identify and deliver necessary changes to client's IT infrastructure
    • Hands on experience in providing Microsoft IT solutions and client facing support.

In return for your commitment, self motivation and hard work you will be rewarded with an excellent salary $60,000 - $90,000 plussuper, phone and laptop with internet. This organisation will equip you with the latest technology and all the tools you need to be a successful and independent Account Manager. Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm with occasional after hours work.
