Currently we are looking to employ a Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Norwest in a fast paced and varied role. The key to success of this team is each member is customer focussed and willing to go the extra mile for customers.
The primary responsibility of this role is to support the business by responding to customer calls in relation to IT systems & infrastructure, establishing resolutions and providing superior customer service. You will also have the opportunity to work on projects that impact the Service Desk team and the broader business.
The successful candidate for this role; will have relevant industry experience (minimum 2 years), be customer focussed, have strong time management skills, be an effective communicator, enjoy problem solving for customers, and have relatable tertiary qualification in an applicable IT discipline.
