Business Analyst/Solutions Lead Outstanding Global Organisation Auckland Based Role Run a team of BA's to create outstanding solutions for Clients Business Analysts take note of this outstanding opportunity!This Global player and one of New Zealand's standout Wireless organisations is looking to boost their ranks with an outstanding Business Analyst.Reporting directly to the IT Manager, you will have responsibility forOverseeing all aspects of information technology projects from business requirement gathering, design and development to delivery.Engaging with, manage and negotiate customer expectations, aligning the business strategy, both locally and regionally to drive desired results.Designing solutions to meet customer requirements. Development, installation, configuration and customization of Proprietary Systems.Data extraction, reporting, analysis and overall business intelligence from all available solutions & data sources.Management of Business Analyst team.If you can show a minimum 3 years achievement in:The design of solutions to meet customer (internal/external) requirements. The solutions being designed will principally be for ERP and related systems.Management of a team of business analysts and external resources as required to successfully communicate and accomplish deadlines and obtain cost-efficient results and optimal performance Create, modify and design solutions for new ERP systems or modules.Understanding data relationships and data flows and the implication of changesDevelop and update plans for new project releases.Ideally you will have a minimum 3 yrs Professional Experience:With an ERP solution in an analysis or development roleMinimum 2 years experience with Project ManagementExperience with VB6 or VB.NET desirable SQL 2005 Programming (T-SQL)Crystal Reports experienceETL Tools experience (DTS, Integration Services)Superior communication, documentation and analytical skills. Excellent understanding of ERP solutions (preferably Microsoft Dynamics Solomon ERP), BizTalk interface, SCO, B2B/B2C Web portals, Radio Beacon WMS systems, both functionally and technicallyExcellent understanding of accounting and financial principles.Experience with supply chain / logistics solutions is highly desirable.Extensive experience in relevant technologies associated with ERP and Microsoft solutions including: SQL Server and reporting tools including, SQL Server, Visual Basic, Reporting Services and Crystal Reports.
