Any technical lead experience will also give you the opportunity to lead a team depending on project requirements. Mandarin and English communication skills are very vital for communicating effectively with UK based project managers. Previous experience in developing global based large scale applications is advantageous. Programming skills with Spring, Hibernate, Sybase, DB2, Perl, Shell and Unix shell scripting are also highly favourable.
