Systems Training Lead 12 Month Contract Large-Scale Systems Training Project Employer of Choice, CBD Location An experienced IT systems Training Lead is required for the management and delivery of a major training program. You will be responsible for the training strategy, training plan and managing the training team to deliver this large scale training rollout. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the project team and the business stakeholders to ensure integration requirements are met successfully and in accordance with quality standards. Key responsibilities include: Detailed training needs analysis to identify business requirements Development of the training curriculum, training modules and materials to quality standards Development and maintenance of training high-level and detailed schedules Delivery of Train the Trainer sessions Management of the logistics planning and coordination of training delivery Identification, mitigation, resolution and reporting on training issues and risks Planning for and development of requirements for training resources/roles Recruitment of external trainers for training roles within the team Lead training team members to ensure project objectives are achieved Report on progress of training plan and training deliverablesSkills and experience: Experience in large-scale systems implementation training Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate people Significant experience in operational or technical training roles Experience with ERP module systems training programs (eg. Oracle) will be highly regarded Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or other training qualifications This is a key role and requires an experienced candidate who demonstrates leadership and commitment to continuous improvement.
