Varied Position

This hands on position will allow you to do much more than just provide ICT Systems Support. A normal day will involve completing Change Requests, Training and Systems Communications. You will be providing business support to define, deliver and support core business systems.

Your key objective will be to maintain and improve system performance as well as creating and maintaining System documentation. You will also be responsible for developing, testing and implementing enhancements as part of projects and ad-hoc requests.

Your user groups will include engineers, analysts, operations staff and the IT department.

Your good communication and strong customer service focus will allow you to develop positive working relationships with ICT, the broader business and vendors. Your ability to prioritise your workload in a busy environment will be a key to your success, as will be your passion for project management and delivery experience.

Ideally you will hold tertiary qualifications.
