Group Manager IS Operations With a wide range of technologies and systems, SA Water provides a unique environment that supports progressive IT delivery. SA Water's Information Services team is viewed as a strategic and integral business partner committed to continued development and focussed on the delivery of professional and customer aligned business solutions and services. The newly created role of Group Manager IS Operations will lead the IS Operations function to ensure IS services are defined, maintained and delivered reliably to SA Water.This role will be the driving force behind the achievement of operational and financial efficiencies and ensuring ????? ????? Operations continually strives to exceed agreed SLA's and establishes new SLA's where required. A key focus will be to provide direction on business decisions relating to the operational support group using strategic techniques and best practice. The ideal candidate will be an experienced IT manager with a proven track record in management of Application Support and ICT Operations domain, commercially minded and have exceptional people leadership skills. You will have the ability to manage a successful technical team, coupled with a strong understanding of business drivers and capacity to align and execute strategy. We are looking for a qualified and motivated professional with a proven track record in delivering ????? ????? support in a complex and fast paced environment. You will have strong business acumen, proficiency with change management and a propensity to lead from the front and achieve customer satisfaction. The remuneration package will be negotiated with the individual based on previous experience and track record. This role will be offered as a five year contract.
