This support comprises of Teaching Technologies, Service Desk and Onsite Support services. Campus Services Is responsible for the provision of facilities management and support services functions across the University's property portfolio to support the University’s core learning, teaching and research activities. We are seeking an experienced individual to assist with the delivery of Facilities management, Information Technology and Audio Visual related functions in the University’s Common Teaching Areas. This position is responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of a Common Teaching Area management framework, monitoring ????? ????? the day to day operations of the general purpose common teaching areas, and provides technical and operational support for IT and AV related equipment. You should have: Demonstrated knowledge relating to IT/AV equipment, principles and practices Demonstrated experience in providing IT/AV and facilities management support in an education environment Knowledge of and experience in the delivery of facilities management and/or support services Knowledge of the principles of project management Relevant qualifications in IT/AV environment and/or relevant IT/AV experience.
