IT Systems Support Immediate Start Initial 3 Month Contract Location: Adelaide CBD This is a well respected organisation based in the Adelaide CBD. They are seeking a Systems Support Officer to join their team. Your role will involve supporting the company’s internal system. This will include managing user profiles, application support and providing advice to users. Your role will also involve liaising with the software and hardware providers of the system and other ICT support staff. This role will require you to have experience providing high quality support to customers via phone and email and experience in problem solving and troubleshooting within a helpdesk environment.
